Services

Design of power plants
	Designing of power plants ranging from 0.5 MW to 7 MW. Various physical factors are taken into consideration to minimize power losses and to reduce the effect of surroundings on the performance of each equipment. All equipment are checked microscopically to ensure reliability, economy and performance.

Procurement, Inspection Overhauling
	We specialize in identification, procurement, refurbishment, installation and operations of second hand equipment and guarantee their performance. The team of highly experienced engineers overhaul the engines by carrying hydro test, ultrasonic test and MP test to check the durability and reliability of the critical parts.

Erection & Commissioning
	The team of engineers design the layout of the powerplant which include machinery layout, pipeline layout, electrical system- cable layout and exhaust- chimney system for easy maintenance approach, minimum pollution and safe working environment for operating staff.

Trial and Testing
	Rigorous trials of the power plant machinery along with auxiliary machinery, electrical system, instrumentation system and enunciator system are carried out. The performance of the main plant and the system is well monitored and documented at every stage.
